KNOW Book Phoenix v3

We recently photographed over 20 local women who were featured in the 3rd edition of the KNOW Book Phoenix. What is the KNOW Tribe and KNOW Book? It is the fastest growing women’s collective in North America. Each year they put out a new book for each of the markets they serve, featuring local women you need to know and do business with. They also provide for a productive environment where these women can support each other, network and overall cheer each other on. Supporting women is one of the main factors of this amazing organization. And finally, KNOW facilitates a mentorship and online community where women business owners and executives, can grown their business.

I’ve been following along KNOW since its first inception, and watched it grow from its roots in Phoenix, to covering over 15 cities throughout the US and Canada. Last year, as the nominations and vetting progressed for the Phoenix 2020 book, I took the plunge and reached out to the organization. After meeting with the founder, Sarah, we decided that not only would I be featured in the book, but would also be photographing about 20 of the other women in the book as well! I was so excited and deeply cherish the experience of meeting other top-level women, learning their stories, and photographing them for the book.

Here are some of the women I photographed for the Phoenix KNOW Book v3. They include an Olympic athlete, a political lobbyist, an inspirational speaker and energy worker, a radiation oncologist, a fitness personality, a mobile coffee shop owner, and more. If you would like a copy of the book, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, and we can arrange for you to get one.

I’M  YASMIN

Portrait, Branding, Fitness & Studio PHOTOGRAPHER

Fueled by equal parts Earl Grey tea and passion, I spend my days capturing the kinds of images that make you stop, smile and ask time to please slow down. I believe in real moments and heartfelt conversations on the front porch. In the kinds of images that remind you of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments together. I believe in images that are itching to be printed, placed in beautiful frames and hung on walls for years to come.
