I can make you laugh, or at least make it a fun experience for you when you're in front of my camera. I can't imagine a portrait session or wedding without laughs. I come from a big family, and we were always the large family in the corner of the restaurant, speaking another language, that would periodically explode in laughter. I never worried if we were bothering other customers, because often times they were laughing too. Not because they understood what we were saying, but because laughter is contagious. I can even recall a couple that commented to me after a dinner that they enjoyed our table conversation and laughter and that it made their evening. Come spend one evening with the Tajik family and you'll be leaving with an aching belly from all the laughs.
When it comes to portrait sessions or weddings, let's face it, it's not easy posing and being in front of a camera. It feels awkward at times, forced, and sometimes fake. But my job and my promise to you, is to make it light, fun and fabulous! So when I can walk away from a session and know I've made it fun by talking with you, connecting with you, and most importantly learning more about you and your loved ones, then it's only natural that I'll capture moments like these.
