I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole and Jared recently for their portrait session out in rural Las Vegas. The minute we exchanged directions to the location I knew we were going to have fun. Nicole is one of those beautiful ladies who emanates joy and you can't help yourself but to be drawn to her. This is where Jared steps in. He's the lucky and charming guy who is the recipient and reciprocator to Nicole's enjoyment of life. These two are so perfect for each other, that I didn't even have to direct them for their session. Their laughter, connection and energy was naturally there and all I had to do was be a spectator with a camera.
As you'll see below, their connection can not be replicated, and I'm honored to have been the one behind the camera capturing these moments for them. What a wonderful testament to future generations to be able to show friends and family these images of Nicole and Jared, young, connected and full of energy. This truly was a session shooting with my eyes and my heart. It was almost an out of body experience because you knew if Nicole and Jared were there without me, their actions wouldn't have changed a bit. They would be just as wrapped up in each other that the world could fall apart around them and they wouldn't notice.
Nicole and Jared, I'm so thankful for the time we spent together. You both have a wonderful energy about you and it is one that is clearly infectious. Thank you for being yourselves and sharing some of your bond for the rest of the world to see.
