The Lloyd family is quite possibly the cutest family ever! How completely adorable are Chris, Chelsea, Audry and Ezra? They are what I consider the all-American family with a lovely mother and father leading the way for the promising futures of 3 year old Audry and 1 year old Ezra. Father Chris is a nurse and luckily Chelsea gets to stay home and raise the kids. They remind me of when I was growing up where the family unit was still intact, fathers worked, and mothers stayed home with the kids. When I spent time with them during their session, I felt like I was dealt a lovely piece of pure Americana.
Our time together was spent at the lovely grounds of Lowes Lake Las Vegas. Chelsea requested a location at Lake Las Vegas, and if you haven't visited Lowes, be prepared to be blown away. Their Moroccan theme, private beach and waterfront location make for the perfect get-away, wedding, event, or in our case, family portraits. There was a bit of a breeze the day of our session, but all the Lloyds were troopers and we ended up having a lot of fun. Of course with darling cherubs Audry and Ezra, who could go wrong! They are true testaments of their parents with gentle souls and love in their hearts.
Chris, Chelsea, Audry and Ezra, I had a wonderful time photographing your first official family portraits. I was honored to be chosen with this precious duty, and I do hope that your extended family enjoys your family portraits just as much as I did creating them. And as we get closer to the Thanksgiving holiday, I have to declare that I am thankful for the opportunity to spend time with you all.
