When a fluke illness wiped out a recent trip I was supposed to take, I ended up in Milwaukee where I was fortunate enough to spend a full 2 weeks with family. One such family member who holds a special place in my heart, is my nephew Zarek. At only 5 years old, he’s a tech wiz with a golden personality and dynamite smile. Any time I spend with family is often documented for our family memories, but I specifically like to photograph the cousins and grandkids as they grow, and this session with Zarek was one of my favorites to date.
