Dad, you have inspired me, guided me, educated me, scolded me, and shown me the world. By your example you have lead me and showed me how to be ethical, moral, and forever reach higher and higher goals. Your achievements have taken you around the world many times over, which allowed each of your kids the opportunity to see and experience other cultures and countries with you on your travels. It truly widened our horizons and showed us that anything we set our minds to, with hard work and integrity, can be achieved. Anyone can look at your impressive CV and know that you are a man of great knowledge and drive. But only those of us (and there are thousands around the world too!) who have experienced you first hand, have known your gracious and loving heart. As a cardiologist you studied, experimented, analyzed and dissected the anatomical heart, but your biggest achievement was sharing your spiritual heart with us and the world. Your heart is what has made you the excellent cardiologist, husband, father, brother, son, grandfather and uncle that we all know you to be.
