I love when I can travel and spend time with family, so this past weekend was no exception. While I squeezed in the Bollywood Birthday event in Los Angeles, I also made time to photograph my brother Jehangir and his new bride Anastasia. The first time I photographed them was last year in April where we captured engagement portraits at the beach at sunset, and also at the gorgeous Huntington Gardens (www.huntington.org) in Pasadena. Huntington is a must see, photographer or not. I highly recommend their High Tea service as well.
This time around, we decided to explore Santa Monica, where we ventured under, up and around the famous Santa Monica Pier. The ocean served as our backdrop for some of the images, as well as side nooks and crannies up on the pier. It was such an amazing time spending time with family and capturing memorable moments that they'll be able to share with future generations.
