A Little of What I’ve Been Working On

January typically is a slower month for photography studios, but not us!  We've been plugging away with plenty of shoots and even attending our first conference of the year.  It's been a lot fun working with such vibrant and fun families, and has even given me a few ideas for new types of sessions and products that we will be launching this year.  Stay tuned to the blog, or sign up for our newsletter for those exciting announcements!

I ADORE the Paull family, and I can not thank them enough for posing for a workshop I put on for other photographers on how to photograph family portraits.  I can not get enough of that darling little Hudson with kisses from his mom.

Preethi and Shivesh hired me to photograph their engagement sessions, and opted for both an on-location shoot as well as in studio.  Both are local doctors and will be tying the knot in Boston later this year.

Michelle contacted me back in October to book her session with me in December.  She had a 2 week span where her husband Greg would be home from Afghanistan and wanted to make sure she could schedule her session during that time frame.  The whole family showed up for the session including her pit bull and 3 rat terriers.  Look at all those cute faces!

I had the pleasure of recently photographing up-and-coming model Stacey Duncan in studio as well.  This girl has some serious potential which was immediately recognized by her agent who found her on Instagram.  She'll be heading to Asia soon to start her modeling journey.

I’M  YASMIN

Portrait, Branding, Fitness & Studio PHOTOGRAPHER

Fueled by equal parts Earl Grey tea and passion, I spend my days capturing the kinds of images that make you stop, smile and ask time to please slow down. I believe in real moments and heartfelt conversations on the front porch. In the kinds of images that remind you of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments together. I believe in images that are itching to be printed, placed in beautiful frames and hung on walls for years to come.
